Intellectual property and technology transfer for innovation in Technological Innovation Centers (NITs)

Analytical and practical studies on the competences of NITs and their institutional policy of technological innovation according to the legal framework and sectoral policies. Stimulation to the protection of creations, results of research and technological development, search for priority, processing and maintenance of IP titles in the various areas of knowledge. Technology transfer in its various forms and in the various structuring sectors and their interrelationships, identification of market niches and technologically based innovation environments and their systemic interactions, entrepreneurship, identification of bottlenecks and market opportunities to transfer technology properly ( competitive intelligence), aimed at its use by society and contributing to the development and economic growth in the local, regional and global spheres, improving the living conditions of the population, leveraging the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) and boosting the Human Development Index ).
